This is wonderful news! I had not heard of Qutenza. As the OTC capsaicin
works in some patients, this is a great treatment consideration for all
patients. Please keep us posted if you are provided the opportunity to use
it.

Our oncology APRN went to a conference where they discussed getting FDA
approval for CIPN, it is currently approved for post-shingles neuralgia and
diabetic neuropathy. Our cancer center team approached me wondering if this
would be something, once approved that I can administer? Looking at the
Guide to PT practice I feel like it would follow under some of the wound
care applications. And of course we would test balance. Your thoughts would
be appreciated!
