Hi Kimsan,
To see your settings for braille, from the main menu go to settings, braille
profile and press enter. It sounds as though you haven't added any braille
profiles, so most likely the only profile listed will be "default." When you
are focused on it, press control m which activates the context menu. From
this menu you can either delete the profile or configure it. Choose
configure, and you will be able to move down a list of all of the braille
settings. I think the default is UEB.
