Hello, thank you very much for your answer.  The button works exactly like the other buttons and I have already performed device restore but nothing was resolved.  Apparently you will have to contact customer service.  Greetings

Does the button feel any different from the others? i’m thinking maybe it's getting stuck or maybe is starting to go bad. It may be worth contacting customer support. Also maybe  just trying a factory reset could help if things don’t feel any different with that button. I can give you the steps if you need.
