[aphbrailleblaster] BrailleBlaster 2.0.41-beta - Saving BRF Files Presents **BRF as an extension

When running the beta on the Mac and saving a "BRF" file there are asterisk
characters included in the BRF extension. Shouldn't the extension just be the
characters "BRF"?
