This is just a bug fix release, no new features yet (sorry Keith).
You won't really need it if you don't use body text line processing, but
I still suggest everyone upgrades to this version.
About the fix

If a message contained a header line of exactly 250 characters, its line
feed would become 'orphaned', resulting in a spurious empty line.
Although this would be ignored by the program (i.e. header checking
would continue), it would still trigger the 'body switch', which could
lead to important headers being missed.
