Dear Friends,
I believe that this list now is not only of the Alexander
Men Conference, but also includes, what very largely overlaps, the list
of friends of Hosanna Community in Moscow--which was of course also
instrumental in bringing about the New York Conference. You see I will
be in Russia from the 8th to the 28th of September and during that time
to send news to our friends of the work which they, which you ,support
in Moscow would be difficult lacking my own computer but then Frank
Purcell who made the Conference distribution list and the website
suggested combining the two lists so that in principle
when I post, from Russia (as I am now before departure from
New york)to this list it should go to all of you and we can keep in
touch. I ask your prayers... for my journey, for all events of beginning
the Missionary School year, of the Alexander Men Conference in Moscow on
this Friday and Saturday which will be parallel to ours in New York, of
the community retreat... and remember the children of Beslan and if able
to help you may do so at http://www.moscowhelp.org/ And remember also
Hosanna-- your help is so important for us in prayer and also in
donation(as you know all checks to The Patristic Society, 320 South
Broadway P-7, Tarrytown NY 10591) and ...well this mostly a test email
and so you will know why you are on this list if you weren't before, and
hope to talk to you from Moscow!
