There will NOT be a potluck meal this Sunday, January 2, 2022 due to
Austin/Travis County raising the community risk level to stage 4.
We are continuing in-person and online Sunday school and worship services.
The safest way for people to attend in person is if they are vaccinated and
boosted.
After the worship service this Sunday we will be taking down the
Advent/Christmas decorations.
In terms of committees getting organized for 2022, let's try to get that
done by January 9. You can meet in a breakout room on Zoom after the
worship service or schedule another meeting during the week. The 2021
committee chairperson should initiate the meeting of the committee with the
following agenda:
1. The 2021 chairperson welcomes new members and reviews the duties of the
committee.
2. The committee chooses a chairperson for 2022 (the chair also serves on
the Coordinating Council which meets quarterly or as needed). Let Pastor
Lee know who is the committee chairperson for 2022.
3. Review activities of the past year.
4. Plan for 2022.
5. Set a date for your next meeting.
