Ray,
It appears that Kathy forgot how big the world was outside of Texas. The
drive to Elgin must have felt like driving down to San Marcos the first
time.
or.... Richmond wasn't getting enough snow for her, she wanted to
experience true blizzard conditions at least once this winter
or.... she was having trouble driving in the snow so she thought:
practice, practice, practice
