Hi guys,
I am selling my house at 910 Juniper Street. I would rather sell without a
realtor, so I thought I would first let you all know in case you know someone
who is interested in living in the area. The house is a one bedroom, one bath
cottage on a small lot, totally gut remodeled in 2005. At that time, a new
foundation, wiring, plumbing, roof, floors, and central HVAC were installed (as
well as the interior totally redone). I am attaching two pictures and a survey
of the property. I am asking $280,000 for the property. If you know anyone who

PS: I asked the ARA, the City, and the GNDC if they wanted to buy the house and
add it to the affordable housing land trust, but was told that they weren't
able to purchase and/or all the money budgeted for such purchases this year has
already been allocated to other projects.
