that I've read, the consensus is that a vitamix is needed to blend to the
right consistency.
I'm not ready to buy such an expensive appliance just yet. If you would lend
me yours, assuming the nice cream works, I would be glad to share a batch
with you. You would need to let me know what flavor you would like.
I'm willing to try it after church some time. That way you could take the
vitamix back home with you the same day.
