Dear AMC,
You're all invited to the final Congregational Business Meeting of 2019 after
church this Sunday 10 minutes after church ends (around 12:30pm). We'll be
reviewing the finances for 2019 and a proposed budget for 2020.
In addition, Lee, Ted, Nathalie and I have proposed a revision of the church
bylaws (read it
here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HKD-3p48JddaqpghB4bQDL4jxF_1kNEVk1-ZQdTSYVA/edit?usp=sharing>).
We've deliberated over this as a church many times over the past years. We
hope that we've drafted a document that represents the desires and concerns of
the whole church. We'd like to make this revision the one that creates
consensus. Toward this end, please review it before the meeting. If something
in it makes you reluctant to approve it, I'd like to have a chance to address
the issue before the meeting.
Finally, if you would like to propose an item for the agenda at the meeting,
please let me know.
