Sandra,

Since your original post for help was posted on the e-mail group then only
the e-mail participants see your e-mail so all you have to do is post an
e-mail and anyone who helped will see it. You don't have to participate or
answer questions that come from the website if you dont want to. All
website messages get forwarded to the e-mail group but the e-mail messages
don't go to the website. There are many people that prefer not to get all
the e-mails the group does so they just participate on the website but by
forwarding the website to the e-mail allows the e-mail people that don't
visit the website much to help people on the website as well. The website
discussiuon is allso a benefit because it stores all the old questions and
answers in a convenient location for people to look back at. I know it
seems a little confusing but it actually works out pretty well and you can
just particiipate where you would like to.
