[amayausers] thread spitting out

Hi Everyone,
Lately I have been having problems where the thread
breaks or the bobbin runs out and my machine/software
does not sense it. When this happens the machine
keeps running and it just keeps spitting out thread
making a huge mess. I have my sensors turned on. This
doesn't happen everytime. There are other times when
the machine will stop when the thread breaks or the
bobbin runs out--like it is supposed to.
Any ideas???
