Thanks Roland for the input! My afternoon hasn't gone as planned (surprise!)
so haven't had a chance to work on this anymore. I'm anxious to put these
suggestions to work.
Hope everyone has a great weekend,

Common problem...made worse by tighter sewing on the Amaya compared to other
machines.
You can go in and move the points as Judy mentioned, if there is a 'border'
move the points at least 1/2 way into
the border. If they are already there, adjust your pullcomp. Do a test
though, sometimes pullcomp will work perfect
in one direction, and the other direction goes too far.
I always have to tweak Dakota designs-find they have too many needle changes,
long jump stitches, excess underlayment,
and usually you can remove 30% of the stitch count!
But it beats trying to do the design myself!

    Hi everybody,
Help please. I'm working on "Girl w/ Glasses" from Dakota. (The design #
is CH0526.)
When it sews out, the fill for the girl's hair doesn't go all the way to
the outline, leaving a gap. This happens with a lot of Dakota designs.

I know I need to extend the points of the fill to meet or overlap the
outline...I just don't know how to do it. Can anyone step me through it?

    Thanks so much!
