[amayausers] software for heat transfers

Can I use Macromedia Freehand to create artwork for heat transfers?
I know that Corel is the software of choice.
I am brand new to heatpress operation. I just got my heat press last week!
I have two orders that I need to get ready and donot have suitable software.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
