First, make sure you install the true type font on the Windows font folder.
Open Control Panel
Open font folder
Go to file then install font
A dialog box will come on asking you the source of the font and then install
Once you do this, if Design Shop was open, close it, wait for one minute and
then open it again..
Open a new window, click on the A and click on the desktop and write
something, this will refresh the true type font on Design Shop and the font
will be available.
Just copying it into the font folder will not do it.
A way to check if a true type font is correctly installed and it will not
come up on Design Shop, open up Word or a word processing program and look
of the font, if it's not listed Design Shop will not read it.
You do have permission to use the United Way logo, right?
United Way of America will only let local United Ways use the logo if the
local united Way name is below the logo, never by itself.

Subject: [amayausers] adding font to design shop?
Anyone able to tell me how to add Meta Font to design shop? Its the
specified font for United Way, and I was able to get it 'into' the computer
and I think it went into the font folder for windows, but doesn't show up in
Design shop at all. Nothing, not one word...in the entire manual for
Designshop Pro or Help section on how to ADD a font....just how to change
them!
