With the WACF I have always been able to get within 1/2" of the bill with no
problem.
We have never done youth Caps but I see no reason
why they would be any diff.
I also have neve had a cap fall out of the WACF.
I have only been at this with the Amaya Since July 2008. But we have Done
hundreds of hats with no problem.
No fighting intended just have never had the trouble others have had.
I did weld up a cap hooping station that hold tension on the back while hooping.
and I use two small "strong disc magnets to hold the backing in place on the
frame when hooping.
they are great I can use just the amount of backing I need.
