Yes, this happened to me too. Reset using the emergency shutoff switch. The
tech had me do that, and it fixed everything.

Last week while sewing out a design I received a y motor error, after trying
about 3 diffent times the machine would continue giving the same error, I
killed the power and tried moving the y motor and it is frozen solid. Has
anyone else ever heard of such?...machine still under warranty don't want to
do much just would like some imput.
