I also am receiving one. I've deleted the Jobs and Machine folder per tech
support. My first job sews out fine, the next one I have to reboot the XT, and
the O/S and reload the design before the next design will sew... and when it's
done, repeat the procedure again. I do have force download on. The garment is
NOT binding the arm either and is also not heavy.
