It sounds like you have installed your cap out of alignment or your design is
to close to the top of the hat.Take a tape measure and check the hat on the
holding fixture that is mounted to the table is hooped straight,just a little
bit off and your design will run up or downhill which ever way it is off.If
your design is to big and is toward the upper limits of the sewing field it
will pull the hat out of the hoop while sewing and this to will cause your
problems.
