LuAnn,
The XT Extended cap driver is a two piece design . The XT WACF is a one =
piece design and looks like the WACF cap driver for the older Amaya machine=
s. The 2 piece design is made so the lower rail rods can be left on the mac=
hine and just the round cylinder is removed.
If you have the 2 piece design, the ONLY cap driver designation you want= to
use is the XT Extended cap driver designation!!!
If you have the one piece cap driver, and you are using it on an XT mach=
ine, the only capdriver designation you want to use is the XT WACF!!!
If you have an older standard Amaya(non XT) then the proper cap driver t= o
use with the 270 degree hoop frame is the WACF!!
If you are using the old EMT style of cap frame on a standard Amaya, the= n
use the CCF/WAD. I have not found this style of cap frame to work w= ell on
the XT machine.
Not using the proper cap frame designation will result in broken needles=
andpoor quality embroidery.
