Have you looked at Kavio.com?
a burnout shirt goes through a process kind of like and acid wash where the
acid eats away the bulk of a 50/50 shirt leaving only the polyester base and
small hunks of Cotton left behind, so like they said ot looks like an old
thread bare shirt that has been washed and worn for 10 years. It is an
expensive process and usually the shirt is see-through when finished.
