I had a devil of a time getting them installed. Melco even had me restore my computers multiple times and also try using the Windows Compatibility Mode. They ended up sending me a new disk. Had the same problem with that.....until I figured it out on my own 3 weeks later. I HAD TO 1) TOTALLY UNINSTALL MY FIREWALL/ANTIVIRUS AND DO A REBOOT. Then, 2) I HAD TO RIGHT CLICK THE SETUP.EXE FILE, THAT RESIDES ON THE DISK, AND SELECT "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR". Try that out.
