Hello,
Does anyone know of a way to verify whether or no a company's logo is
trademarked or registered. If there is no symbol at the end (TM or R in a
circle) does that mean it's okay to embroider?
I have a small office of a national company that wants me to do some shirts for
them, but is giving me the run around on written permission. However I find it
hard to believe that this company would not have a trademarked logo, even
though there is no symbol.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I don't want to loose business, but I don't want to do something and have it
come back to haunt me, legally.
