[amayausers.com] Thread pull out breaks

Can anyone tell me what is going on with my Amaya XT that when it trims
threads, the threads sping back and pull out of the needles??? I have changed
bobbin holders and tensions for that, changed needles. tried the material
thicknes on manual and auto and it does it on both and also doesn't make any
difference what material and thickness I am sewing. Please help!
