Hi Pam,
There are 2 adjustments that can be made. You can adjust the velcro part up
and down or you can adjust the grabber in and out.
Velcro part is is At the bottom of the needle case lower left, there is a 3mm
screw on the right side of the needle case there are 7mm nuts. You can then
move it up and down to help it align with the grabber.
Grabber bar in and out is done at the upper left of the needle case. There
is a circuit board sitting right above a large black disk.
Loosen the 2 screws holding the circuit board and you will be able to slide it
front and back, hence setting how far back the grabber bar will go when it is
in the velcro.
