Have a problem...spoke with Melco technical support appx 1 1/2 hours ago and then sent an e-mail with a picture file. I was hoping to have a return reponse before they closed for the day. No luck. Would anyone be willing to help me out? I can e-mail a copy/picture of the part that has vibrated out of my Amaya XT. I have no idea where it may go. Machine is down...I don't dare to continue sewing until I know what is involved.
