I make my own on felt; it's easy to upload the shape from Dakota Collectibles
(or wherever), and then add a running stitch 1/4" from the outer edge all
around. When done, cut just inside of the stitch line. Felt works good
because it doesn't ravel; JoAnns has a new line of premium felt that feels
really good.
