OOOOHHHHHHH I wish I had one, let me tell you! I think the maker is Merrow. They also make sergers. I just end up satin stitching my patch edges, doing them "applique style". There is a place to buy blank patches that was discussed on this list not long ago. I got my serger from www.atlanticsewing.com. David is great to work with, and will get back to you quickly.
