The extension should be .10o (numbers one, zero, and lower case letter o).
DS and Amaya OS do not list that format but the HV software will open it
since it works with Toyota machines. If you don't have access, send them to
me and I'll convert them for you.

Failing anything else, rename the file with the ext of .100 and see if it
will open then.
