[amayausers.com] Rush Job for Admiral coming to town. Need Edit

Wayne E Meyer, Admiral for the US Navy is Coming to town Saturday for a tour of the Bath Iron Works facility.
I have been asked to create a hat for him. I have it almost complete but my software has restrictions and I need some help finishing it.
I believe it to be a very quick edit but not completely sure as I don't digitize. 

Does anyone have time to spare?
