Exactly what we do.
Most are entered. Remember, people who have bought from you are 1) your best
source of repeat and additional business and 2) your best source of
referrals.
Insignificant sales go to customer "Cash".

I enter most my customers in but the ones that I think will be just one time
customers or every once in a while I made up an account called cash and just
put them there.
