I do not know your level of DS but it kind of describes what they call a
"slice". Pro+ will allow you to create a splice in a fill so that different
parts of the fill can have different stitch directions. If you have the
"splice" option, highlite this element in the project tree and left click on
the "splice" tool on the left side of the screen (Ver 9 ) and then delete this
splice...just guessing here.....
