Mike and Judy, Thanks for the ideas. I went with an edge walk and double solvy and it is okay, not great but okay. Judy I actually moved my final edge walk in closer to center because the initial reason I changed to a center walk was that my first edge walk was showing. I will try the zig zag next time. I have salesmen (I don't have to sell anything) who push me to use the least amount of stitches possible to make it look good. I guess I was trying to keep the stitch count down. Thanks again. The edgewalk might clean up the edges. Mike Cheryl Rotter wrote: Hello all, I am having a difficult time digitizing for heavy black pique knit. I am using a Geometric Font at .75 inches tall. I have the density at a three with a center walk. The design will sew without thread breaks however the edges look a little jagged and not covering completely over the pique inside the letter either. I am also using top solvy, one layer. And the backing I am using is medium weight cutaway. Does anyone have ideas to make this look better?
