[amayausers] Patches revisited...

Hello all,
I need some help with patches. I have been asked to provide a motorcycle club
with patches that border their logo (jacket back size). I have a sample here
that measures 9 1/2 inches wide (arched) and 1 1/2 inches high.
Balck twill with black serged edge. 3/4 " high gold metallic thread lettering.
Where do I buy the blanks? Or should I just order them stitched also?
