Very, very few thread colors are Pantone matches...and customers don't realize
that! They think you can magically reproduce any color they bring in. Best you
can do is have them bring in a color print of their logo or design, and hold it
against your thread chart samples and let THEM pick the closest color thread.
That way if it doesn't look right, they can't blame you! Just in the direction
of the pattern of a fill-that color can change from reflected light!
