Well, my sparkling personality shown through yet again today as I fought with Otto Caps over the cost of their catalogs. We purchase about $5.000 worth of caps from them annually and I believe that if we are selling their product for them, they should at least provide us with the most basic tool to do that - their catalog - at no charge.
