I started stitching a design that we have used before and things have gone
haywire.
Metallic thread, 12 needle, satin fabric, metallic setting.
All of a sudden the machine speeds up to 1500, fabric thickness goes to 30 and
the run/fill feed goes to 130. Stops shortly after getting started. This has
happen on two different designs. XTs. We reloaded the software for both Design
Shop and Amaya.
We are thinking that the design is corrupt so I need to eliminate the design
from some file area. Can someone tell me what is happening or how to eliminate
the corrupt design?
Any suggestions on what happened?
