Just a notice for all of you, I got a call from my sister in Montana today. She
has an embroidery shop there. She received a call today from a gentleman
passing through her area offering to go through her Amaya machines for her. He
is not a certified Melco technician and it could void your warranties if he
works on your machine. Just be careful and be sure that anyone working on your
machine/s are currently certified so they have the latest training and updates.
I won't name names but just a FYI. He is out of the Portland area and Rod and I
have done follow-up calls after he has worked on a machine.
