Tom,
Yes, you can move objects incrementally with the arrow keys. Select the
objects to be moved then hold down the SHIFT and ALT keys while pressing
the arrow keys. Holding the SHIFT and CTRL keys while pressing the arrow
keys will move objects in larger increments.
