You have pulled the bottom of the needle case off the track it runs on.allowing
all the needle bars to drop.
Unless your very familiar with taking apart you machine You will need a tech.
as it will need resetting and recalibration.
Is it a big red or an XT a big red you may have other issues also as some very
important tabs coud have broken off the needle case in the back.
