After the service tech went over our Amaya, he said if it is sitting
for even a week, run through the entire 2,000,000 or 4,000,000
maintainence schedule-or at least do extra oil up on the bar. Didn't
realize that the oil evaporates-so daily oiling won't hurt. Someone
running it full time would never notice. Sometimes ours sits for a
week or two without running-so now we automatically oil the hook, the
bar, anything that might need it. Since we started that-nothing has
gone wrong!
