Dear CKramer,
Is it possible that your temp person is doing some adjustments to the machine
such as tightenig the bobbin, moving the pressure foot wheel or moving the
needles. It sounds like the additional person is changing some of the physical
parts on the machine. I am not a computer expert but we seem to have no problem
sending a design if the machine has stopped.
