Aaron,

I don't understand why it's happening just now.  We're into our 400th hat
this week and now it's like the frames won't hold the hats anymore.  I'm
really at a loss.

Kip,

Are you having troubles cause the stitch length is too long and its 
vibrating from the long stitches?  If so you should turn them into Split 
Colums so you don't have those wide satin stitches.
