Delete the whole OS and then reload the program.

I tried loading a design in the OS that apparently has an issue with jump
stitches. The OS shuts down on start up because it keeps trying to load this
file. I cant hit cancel fast enough to keep it from shutting down. How can I
bypass it trying to load this design on startup. I have a big job that I need
to start ASAP.
