Just stick the tube in around the pressor foot 'wheel' and blast away-do the same on the other side. You have dust or lint covering the electric 'eye' that tells the computer which needle it is on. That's not all the technical gobbledygook but basic english explanation. Blast that out and it should restart fine. Make it a habit to do this every time you clean the bobbin head.
