I bet you don't want to hear this but.
If it stitched out well on the backing alone then. the issue is either your
hooping.
which may not be secure enough or too loose.
are you going through lining and all or have you opened it up and only
stitching on one layer?
I have in the past stitched the out line first the color of the garment then
reset and ran the design and that kept everything together and it had fewer
issues.
also it could be your jacket is draging or pinching and keeping the pantagraph
from moving properly.
