SOLUTION: Melco Engineering has created a Heli-Coil Replacement Kit (P/N 32516). The kit contains an installation tool, eight Heli-Coils, a tang removal tool and detailed instructions for 

replacement of the Heli-Coil in the X-Beam Carriage.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Melco Embroidery Systems will provide the Heli-Coil
Replacement Kit (P/N 32516) free of charge. This will be available through the Service Department. Service should send out Replacement Kit when a customer reports that a Heli-Coil has come out of the X-Carriage Beam. The part number for the individual Heli-Coils is 32514 in case the customer only 
needs the Heli-Coils.
