I do a lot of hats, my machines are 2004, have not upgraded the software to the auto mt. but we use the raised presser foot, WACF and I have upgraded the rollers so we keep the MT at between 9 and 10 on most all caps. Hardly ever have any thread breaks. I have more trouble with flats. Hope this helps, Beverly Thompson Perdido Beach Embroidery ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ron Vinyard" <ron@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <amayausers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, May 17, 2007 7:10 PM Subject: [amayausers] Hat Auto MT questions > We have around 200 hats to run this weekend > and haven't been able to make the auto Material thickness work lately. > I should say that it seems to work well on flats, but on hats it just > sets at 1 or 2 and doesn't move. > We have played with different bobbin tensions but it doesn't seem to make > much > of a difference. > > Thought instead of digging into the archives I'd wait to ask > and get the most recent info that works. > anything you can offer would help. > We just need this option to work for hats! > > > Thanks in advance! > > > Ron Vinyard > Body Cover / Magic Stitches > > 1-888-435-0176 > 541-471-1504 Fax 541-471-0427 > > 420 SW H Street, Grants Pass, OR 97526-2532 > > info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > www.bodycoverdesign.com > > =========================================================== > > The AmayaUsers Mailing List > Website: http://www.amayausers.com > Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards > Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list > > =========================================================== > > > > -- > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG Free Edition. > Version: 7.5.467 / Virus Database: 269.7.3/809 - Release Date: 5/17/2007 > 5:18 PM > > =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
