This happened to me when I first got my machine. I called Colorado and they
told me to reach in the back center there is a long rod that goes fromk back to
front turn this till the needle and holder comes back up. You may need to use
two hands to do this..
I just got back from classes in NJ and it is well worth going, we had a
wonderful teacher John who explained every thing in easy to understand terms.
